The K-TREH assay is linear over the range of 4 to 80 μg of trehalose per assay. Using a 0.2 mL assay volume of the prepared standard at 0.20 mg/mL trehalose dihydrate (~ 0.179 mg/mL trehalose) will correspond to ~ 36 µg of trehalose in the assay.
