The K-URONIC assay is linear over the range of 5 to 150 μg of D-glucuronic acid or D-galacturonic acid per assay. Using a 0.1 mL assay volume of the supplied D-glucuronic acid standard at 0.50 mg/mL will correspond to 50 µg of D-glucuronic acid in the assay.
