The Urea/Ammonia Assay Kit (Rapid) is linear over the range 0.2 to 7 µg of ammonia (or 0.3 to 14 µg of urea) per assay. Using a 0.10 mL assay volume of the prepared urea standard at 0.07 mg/mL will correspond to 7 µg of urea in the assay.
