What formula is used in the installed tests on the MegaQuant Wave (D-MQWAVE) for the calculation of results?

The formula used for the MegaQaunt Wave is:
(Sample A2 - Blank A2) - (Sample A1 - Blank A1)) * Factor
As opposed to what is used in the kit booklets or the MegaCalc:
((Sample A2 - Sample A1) - (Blank A2 - Blank A1)) * Factor
Both formula generate the same result.
