Unfortunately, Megazyme does not offer individual kit components for sale as separate products.
Depending on which assay procedure is performed there will undoubtedly be varying excesses of the different kit components left over.
However the aim of is to provide enough of each kit component to obtain the stated number of assays as described on the assay procedure booklet for the relevant assay format.
The kit components are supplied to provide relatively similar numbers of assays. The more expensive components such as enzymes will be in less excess that the cheaper components such as the buffers so there will always be a small amount of leftover reagent.
If you are not following the standard assay procedure please let us know what modifications you have applied, and why, so we may find a suitable solution.
