The Cellazyme tablet method can be run at different temperatures. This will however affect the standard curve as different parameters are being used. A new standard curve can be generated using your own conditions by standardising the activity of a purified endo-cellulase on say CM-Cellulose 4M with Nelson/Somogyi reducing sugar method. Then, use this standardised enzyme to produce your standard curve. This is the way we produce our standard curves.
