When physically weighing oligosaccharides from the bottle, it can be difficult to remove all product. This can be due to static and the material itself which can stick to the vial and can gain moisture once opened. We would therefore recommend to prepare to a known concentration e.g. to 10mg/mL which can then be stored in aliquots and frozen.
