Lichenase (endo-1,3(4)-β-D-Glucanase) (Bacillus sp.) (E-LICHN)

Will Lichenase (E-LICHN) enzyme hydrolyse Arabinoxylan?
Lichenase does not act on Arabinoxylan. Lichenase hydrolyses beta-(1,4)-D-glucosidic linkages in beta-1,3(4)-glucans. Product Page

How many units of Lichenase (E-LICHN) would I need to hydrolyse oat beta-glucan to soluble carbohydrates that possess molecular weights less than 7,000?
To get oligomers of molecular weight of about 7,000 you will only need about 2% hydrolysis. One Unit of enzyme activity will give ~ 2% hydrolysis of 1 gr...
