Is the proportion of 1,4- and 1,3- linkages in barley beta-glucan known?

The products we supply are all mixed linkage and were all prepared from the same barley β-glucan by controlled depolymerisation. The ratio of 1-3- to 1-4-linkage is approximately 32:68.
