The Aspartame Assay Kit is linear over the range of 10 to 150 μg of aspartame per assay. Using a 1.0 mL assay volume of the prepared aspartame standard (~ 2.5% aspartame (w/w)) at ~ 0.08 mg/mL will correspond to 80 µg of aspartame in the assay.
