The L-Glutamine/Ammonia Assay Kit (Rapid) is linear over the range of 1 to 40 μg of L-glutamine or 0.4 to 7.0 μg of ammonia per assay. Using a 0.1 mL assay volume of the prepared L-glutamine standard at 0.30 mg/mL will correspond to 30 µg of L-glutamine in the assay. Using a 0.1 mL assay volume of the supplied ammonia standard at 0.04 mg/mL will correspond to 4 µg of ammonia in the assay.
