Knowledge Base Home FAQs || FAQs Insoluble Chromogenic Substrates AZCL-Curdlan (I-AZCUR)

AZCL-Curdlan (I-AZCUR) and AZCL-Pachyman (I-AZPAC) are both substrates for the assay of endo-1,3-β-D-glucanase. Is there any difference between these two substrates?

AZCL-Curdlan (I-AZCUR) and AZCL-Pachyman (I-AZPAC) have the same basic structure. I would recommend AZCL-Pachyman because of the greater sensitivity of this substrate.
