The Total Sulphite assay is linear over the range of 0.25 to 20 µg of TSO2 per assay. When prepared as per kit booklet, the 300 mg/L standard is equivalent to 15 µg of total sulphite using a 0.05mL assay volume. The Free Sulphite assay is linear over the range of 0.25 to 7.5 µg of FSO2 per assay. When prepared as per kit booklet, the 100 mg/L standard is equivalent to 5 µg of free sulphite using a 0.05mL assay volume.
