We have recently updated our Enzymatic Yeast Beta-Glucan Assay Kit (K-EBHLG) to include "Glucamix" preparation which was previously called "Glucazyme" preparation.
The new Glucamix preparation has all the same enzymes, but they are now recombinant which offers better purity, than the previous Glucazyme preparation. The same quantities / volumes should be used in the K-EBHLG assay procedure.
