The MegaQuant Wave spectrophotometer as used in some of our videos, can only be set at ambient temperature or at 37˚C.
A lot of our assay kits, while stated to run at 25˚C in the booklet for ease of use, can also be run at 37˚C with no issues.
The important note is that they must be at least at 25˚C. Lower temperatures than the stated 25˚C may cause a sluggish reaction.
