The temperature is just for the incubations. It is an end-point assay, so the spectrophotometer does not need to be temperature controlled.
The temperature stated for the D-Glucose Assay Kit (GOPOD Format) (K-GLUC) procedure is 40 or 50˚C - is this for incubation and / or reading the results on the spectrophotometer?
