The L-Rhamnose Assay Kit assay is linear over the range of 5 to 100 μg of L-rhamnose per assay. Using a 0.1 mL assay volume of the supplied L-rhamnose standard at 0.50 mg/mL will correspond to 50 µg of L-rhamnose in the assay.
