The absorbance change (0.1-0.2) over the 30 min period equates to ~ 0.004/min and is normal. This is partly due to the gradual oxidation of NADH.
Is an absorbance change observed of 0.1-0.2 for the blank sample normal when using the Total Sulfite Assay Kit (Enzymatic) (K-ETSULPH)?
