Is it possible to check if the resistant starch values for my samples are correct when analysed using the Resistant Starch Assay Kit (K-RSTAR)?

We highly recommend analysing the resistant starch control provided with the kit with each set of determinations. If the value obtained for the control is as stated on the label, you can assume that the assay was performed correctly. Megazyme also supplies Resistant Starch Control Flours Kit (K-RSTCL) with known RS values that allow the users to check the accuracy of their assay.
