To increase the sensitivity of the GOPOD assay you can reduce the volume of GOPOD Reagent used, e.g. decreasing the volume to 1 mL will increase the sensitivity 3 fold. Please note that when you decrease the volume of GOPOD Reagent 3-fold to 1 mL, the linear range will decrease proportionally, e.g. from 1 μg to 33 μg of glucose.
