The test is set up to measure between 4 and 100 μg per assay (i.e. 0.1 mL of 0.04 to 1.0 mg/mL of glucose). If the glucose concentration in your sample is higher than this, the sample should be diluted accordingly with water before incubation with GOPOD Reagent. The absorbance received for your sample must not exceed the absorbance values obtained for 100 μg of glucose standard (0.1 mL of standard at 1.0 mg/mL that is supplied with the kit).
