The NAD+ solution has developed a yellow tinge stored it at -20C in aliquots. Can it still be used?

The yellow tinge of the NAD solution is due to the stable formulation of NAD. 

 

If there are any concerns with any kit component it is recommended that the user tests the kit standard (control sample) and ensures that they obtain the expected value (within the accepted variation) before testing precious samples.
