All amino acids are taken into account however Proline, Lysine , Histidine and Arginine have to be adjusted for their ninhydrin reaction properties.
All other amino acids are counted using a factor of 1.
Why does the calculation for the K-PDCAAS kit only use the amino acids, Proline, Lysine, Histidine and Arginine?
