Step 3. Ask A Scientist

If you are still not able to find a solution to the issue you encounter then you will need to contact Megazyme providing full information, as follows. It is important that ALL of this information is sent as it is critical to enable the Megazyme scientist to fully understand what the issue maybe.

 

To allow Megazyme technical support scientists to assess and resolve the issue please send  the information listed below via the Ask A Scientist form

  1. What is the Lot number of the kit.
  2. What assay format was used (what page in the booklet)?
  3. Provide exact details of any modifications from the procedure.
  4. If using the manual assay format provide data in the Megazyme MegaCalc sheet.
  5. If using the manual procedure provide data for the kit standard that is provide in the kit (prepare the kit standard exactly as described in the kit booklet procedure).
  6. What is the sample type?
  7. Provide exact details of sample preparation prior to adding the sample to the kit assay e.g. dilutions clarification process, (state volumes weights used where appropriate)?
