Each Megazyme kit contains sufficient amount of components to perform the stated number of assays. 1L of the GOPOD Reagent is sufficient to incubate ~330 tubes (3.0 mL per tube).
If short on GOPOD Reagent you can purchase K-GLUC kit. This kit contains 2 x GOPOD Reagent Buffer, 2 x GOPOD Reagent Enzymes and 1 x glucose standard (1 mg/mL). The GOPOD Reagent Buffer and Enzymes are the same in all Megazyme kits and can be used interchangeably.
