Can a wavelength other than 510 nm be used to read the absorbances for the Enzymatic Yeast β-Glucan Assay kit (K-EBHLG)?

Given that results relate back to the glucose standard, an alternative, but similar wavelength should be ok to use.
We recommend to test this using the provided control. If the stated value on the control is achieved, the assay can be deemed ok to read at the chosen wavelength.
