What concentration of ethanol should be applied in the Yeast β-Glucan Assay Kit (K-EBHLG) for the removal of sugars from the sample?

The concentration of ethanol should be 80%. Please refer to K-MANGL booklet, pg. 9 - " Removal of low degree of polymerisation (DP) sugars from polysaccharides"
