Unfortunately we do not supply a kit suitable for individual quantification of β-1,3 and β-1, 6 glucans.
We are not aware of any products suitable for this application. Analysis of the sample using GC-MS and/or NMR may be required.
Can your enzymatic Yeast β-Glucan Assay Kit (K-EBHLG) be used to distinguish between β-1,3 and β-1,6 glucans from yeast cell wall?
