K-TSTA will be suitable for measuring the starch content in these samples, however for the measurement of other sugars/carbohydrates other kits would be necessary.
If you are also looking to measure the amount of sucrose,fructose and glucose we recommend the use of the sucrose/glucose/fructose kit (K-SUFRG).
Measurement of fructan using the fructan kit (K-FRUC) may also be considered.
