For your own maintenance we have developed procedures that use the Redi-Check reagents from Awareness Technology (https://www.awaretech.com/redi-check) for customers to check their MegaQuant Wave units. These procedures can be used by the customer on an annual / biannual basis based on their quality procedures and requirements.
If there is any issues the machine would need to be sent to your local equipment center for repair. If this is required please contact you local Neogen representative to arrange.
