The Primary Amino Nitrogen assay is linear over the range 0.2 to 10 µg of amino nitrogen per assay. Using a 0.05 mL assay volume of the supplied isoleucine standard at 0.140 mg nitrogen/mL will correspond to 7 µg of nitrogen in the assay.
