What is the difference between Red Pullulan (S-RPUL) and AZCL-Pullulan (I-AZPUL)?

The main difference between Red Pullulan and AZCL-Pullulan is that the former is soluble and the latter is insoluble. The latter is black, dyed, crosslinked particles.
