Absorbance values of my sample reactions continue to increase slowly after the D-3-Hydroxybutyric Acid (β-Hydroxybutyrate) Assay Kit (K-HDBA) reaction should be complete. Is there an explanation for this?

Some samples can react with the INT in the assay and cause a non-enzymatic creep reaction.  The 3rd worksheet in the MegaCalc is used to account for any creep reaction in your results.
