The Pyruvic Acid assay is linear over the range of 0.3 to 40 μg of pyruvic acid per assay. Using a 0.1 mL assay volume of the supplied pyruvic acid standard at 0.20 mg/mL will correspond to 20 µg of pyruvic acid in the assay.
