AZCL-beta-Glucan can be used to detect glucanase activity. The enzyme hydrolyses the gel particles producing soluble dyed products. For test-tube tests, we recommend Beta-Glucazyme tablets (containing AZCL-beta-Glucan).
Can AZCL-Barley-beta-Glucan (I-AZBGL) be used to detect beta-glucanase activity?
