We highly recommend analysing the oat and barley controls provided with the kit with each set of determinations. If values received for the controls are as stated on the individual labels, you can assume that the assay was performed correctly.
Is it possible to check if the β-glucan values for my samples are correct when analysed using the Mixed Linkage β-Glucan Assay Kit (K-BGLU)?
