We have never tested this sample type using K-BGLU. Therefore it is very difficult to advise on and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that K-BGLU will work for this matrix. This would need to be internally validated.
Can the Mixed Linkage β-Glucan Assay Kit (K-BGLU) be used for testing minced meat for beta-glucan?
