Is it necessary to treat samples with Carrez Reagents before using procedure B of the Lactose/Galactose (K-LACGAR) Assay Kit?

Procedure B is specifically for measuring low-lactose or lactose-free samples.

There is no need for carrez treatment. Step 1 of procedure B will clarify the sample.
