Is it possible to use K-TSTA on samples containing high protein content?

K-TSTA is suitable for testing samples with high protein content.


If the result is in question, we recommend spiking samples with a known amount of starch and testing the recovery.

If full recovery of the spike is obtained, it is possible to conclude the assay worked correctly.
