How do I run the K‑ACETLQ standard using the Sensitive Range (0.1 mL sample volume) method?

The K‑ACETLQ assay kit includes a supplied standard with a concentration of 1.3 g/L.

The Sensitive Range method requires a 0.1 mL sample volume and a sample concentration between 0.033 g/L and 0.33 g/L. Since the supplied standard exceeds the upper limit of this range, it must be diluted prior to use.
