Knowledge Base Home FAQs || FAQs Enzymes Cellulase (endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase) (Trichoderma longibrachiatum) (E-CELTR)

Are there any highly purified enzyme preparations for hydrolysis of cellulose and callose on live plants?

Modified on: Tue, 22 Mar, 2016 at 9:59 AM

The enzyme which we offer is cellulase (E-CELTR) which gives endo-hydrolysis of cellulose. Callose is a 1,3-beta-D-glucan, and this can be hydrolysed by endo-1,3-beta-glucanase (E-LAMSE) offered by Megazyme.
