The D-Sorbitol/Xylitol assay is linear over the range 1.0 to 20 µg of D-sorbitol/xylitol per assay. Using a 0.10 mL assay volume of the supplied D-sorbitol standard at 0.10 mg/mL will correspond to 10 µg of D-sorbitol in the assay.
