Is the colour developed with GOPOD Reagent as used in the Resistant Starch Assay Kit (K-RSTAR) stable at room temperature? Does the reaction continue after 20 minutes of incubation in the water bath at 50°C?

This is an end-point assay. The reaction is complete after approximately 15 min, however we recommend incubating the samples for 20 min to ensure that the reaction has gone to completion. The developed colour is stable at room temperature for at least two h.
