What are the linkage specificities of Pullulanase M1 (Klebsiella planticola) (E-PULKP) and Pullulanase M2 (Bacillus licheniformis) (E-PULBL)?

Modified on: Thu, 10 May, 2018 at 1:46 PM

Pullulanase M1 (Klebsiella planticola) (E-PULKP) is specific for α-(1-6) linkages in starch.

Pullulanase M2 (Bacillus sp.), as Pullulanase M2 is known to attack both α-(1-4) and α-(1-6) linkages in starch.
