Are most cellulase more active against CellG5 reagent than the CellG3 reagent as used in the Cellulase Assay Kits (K-CellG5 or K-CellG3)?

Of the cellulases tested at Megazyme those that displayed lower activity with Cellg3 all showed increased activity with Cellg5.


This is shown in the in Fig1 of the CellG3 booklet versus Figure 2 in the Cellg5 booklet
