The α-Amylase Assay Kit (K-CERA) provides a conversion of units from Ceralpha Units to Dextrinising Units (described in the kit booklet) and therefore can be used to measure dextrinising units (DU) in malt.
This method is not officially recognized by EBC or ASBC etc.
