Unfortunately we do not provide any kit that is suitable for the measurement of GOS at present.
The β-Galactosidase provided in K-LACGAR will hydrolyse GOS but is not selective for GOS over other beta-linked sugars.
Can the Lactose/Galactose Assay Kit (Rapid) (K-LACGAR) be used to analyse Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS)?
