The reaction is complete after approx. 15 min, and the colour is stable at temperatures of 20-50˚C for at least an extra hour.
In the D-Glucose Assay Kit (GOPOD Format) (K-GLUC Assay) is the colour stable at room temperature? Does the reaction continue if not read within 20 minutes?
