Raffinose does not occur in milk.
Raffinose is an alpha-galactoside and occurs in legume seeds such as
soya. To degrade lactose I recommend our product beta-galactosidase from A.
niger (E-BGLAN).
Can beta-galactosidase (E-BGLAN) be used hydrolise raffinose and starches in dry milk?
