Always ensure that both components of the GOPOD reagent, i.e. Glucose Reagent Buffer and Glucose Determination Reagent, are well mixed, as per the data booklet. The 20 min incubation at 40°C-50°C is also crucial for colour development so must not be deviated from.
What might be the cause of very low absorbance readings for glucose controls and samples in the GOPOD assay procedure (K-GLUC / R-GLC4)?
